But First off all let’s see the example of success which Brian Dean has achieved.
Now, here we go with entire 6-step approach to success.
Google recently made a quote that website with tons of pages can be bad for SEO!
Gary Illyes quoted Google Reply:
Backlinko generates 150k unique visitors just with 33 published pages!
How is it possible?

Dead Pages might be like:
Now, let’s move further.
The next step is to fix on-site issues on your website. Specifically focus on fixing these first:
You can use “Raven Tool” site auditor to unveil the issues as Brian practiced for Proven.com
Hence, it is also turned as seo checklist for developers.
There is lot of people that runs website with tons of pages.
And they think, “How we can optimize pages? It would take months!”
So, they don’t go with optimization.
Optimize your content with these handy tips:
First put your targeted keyword in body of article.
Then, sprinkle LSI Keywords into your content.
After doing this, you have keyword
optimized your content. Now, it was the time to move onto new ranking factors.
If you need to become successful SEO 2016, there are two skills you have to master:
Skill #1: Optimize your organic CTR
Skill #2: Will cover that in Step #6
All you know that Google uses Organic Click-Through-Rate as a ranking signal for websites:
Here’s Google Quote from a research paper shared by Brian:
Here’s exactly what you have to do to improve your CTR.
First, look at Adwords advertisements for keywords as Brian did. He looked for the ads related to “Job Boards”
And noticed that most of them listed specific number of Job Boards.
So, he asked Proven.com to change their blog article title tag accordingly.
This turned Proven.com Blogposts into Click Magnets.
A recent study shows that around 1 million Google Search Results shows correlation in between website rankings and speed.
So, it is very obvious that we can’t forget this factor.
Test your website’s loading speed with GTMetrix and Google Page Speed Insights.
Why I suggested you both?
Google Tool looks at page’s HTML.
GTMetrix actually loads your whole page.
Look for the issues and get boost your speed upto 5 seconds to load your webpage.
Google plays VERY-VERY close attention to “user experience signals”.
If people stick for a long time to your website then Google will boost your rankings.
The question is how you will optimize your website so that you can apply the proven strategies.
First, put all your content above the fold.
Trust me! Your webpage’s empty above space is a million dollar estate.
You can fill this space with breadcrumbs and massive images at the top but in the corner as Backlinko does in its blogposts.
Second, you lose the reader because your introductions are too big. Make it short and simple.
And the last one is make your article paragraphs short to one or two sentences so that it would gain readers interest more.
Now it’s your turn!
