Our work process is based on experiments and iteration. We believe in regular testing and would rather fail fast than code something nobody wants. Snowmicro’s team value client’s data and input more than our own opinions.

Our Development Process Follows Three Methodologies:

1. Agile: Snowmicro’s professional agile team working will produce custom designed high quality softwares/web apps that can meet your all requirements in quick and cost effective manner.

2. Waterfall: At Snowmicro, we love to work with waterfall methodology because in this model, problem is specified and analysed in desired phases with desired service objectives and identified constraints.

3. Scrum: Scrum is a part of Agile Methodology that is applicable to any project having aggressive time framework.

Inspection

Our first principle to start dealing with the problem to solve is Inspection. It is about to confirm an issue or a problem, understanding client requirements and to identify available opportunities.

Procreation

Procreation is about generating the ideas that how all things will work during project lifecycle. We believe that businesses can be driven only by great user experience, technology and innovative business model.

Analysis

Developing solutions for a problem/issue is a repetitive process. We design a mock-up on initial phase and test general acceptance in the market. Early customers are the best validators of a product.

Validation

When all the things are going right, we take our first step and launch the product. Now the real work starts. We stay in touch with the support teams until they understand the product completely.
